Charges Against Steven Kurtz Dismissed

Steven Kurtz, the New York art professor who has been the victim of a government witchhunt due to his artwork questioning biotechnology, is finally freed from the nightmare. A federal judge dismissed all charges against him. Kurtz's case has been a major concern of free speech advocates. The excellent movie "Strange Culture" depicts Kurtz's ordeal, and now it finally has a happy ending.
